Who do I admire?

Although I admire so many people for different reasons, I keep coming back to…..Madonna! She has been a true inspiration for me from such a young age, for her creativity, fighting spirit and for living out her dreams. Before I knew I was a member of the LGBT+ community, I knew she represented something I aspired to be like, and it is only as an adult that I recognise just how much she has done for our community.

Why do I do this work?

I have always had a fascination with the human journey through life and, ultimately, how we can become happy. This has taken me on a journey to understand myself and the wider collective human condition and psyche. I discovered that I felt that much of the time, limited ways of thinking are holding us back from fulfilling our potential and our dreams. I believe that there is another way, that something has to change from the dogmatic way of thinking society is currently chained to. I love that my work aligns with these values and through it, I can facilitate this journey for others.

How would you describe your coaching/facilitation style?

In three words: deep, empathic and transformative. As a coach/trainer, I hold a safe and present space to explore and empower, to transform what seems impossible, into possible. To facilitate this, I help people dig deep, unlock emotions and limiting belief systems and transform what is holding them back. With 40 years of experience in the Performing Arts Sector, I can also guarantee that we will be playful, creative and enable you to write your own life story.
